I had heard horror stories from many friends and colleagues who talked about how much work it was and how unpleasant the experience. I entered the process with trepidation but found it instead to be an easy and stress free process. Daniel Hunt was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, very open and able to direct you so that your expressed wishes are turned into a legal document assuring that your estate is protected and directed to those you have chosen as heirs. His paralegal Jillian was a pleasure to,work with as well. She answered all of our questions and left my partner and I both feeling comfortable that what we intended was clearly documented in our estate plan. She offered suggestions as to how to include and direct items of sentimental value for our heirs into our estate plan. She was kind, patient and very professional, even offering to answer any questions we might have at any time in the future. She created a binder for each of us to include our trust, will and all the supportive documents needed so that we can reference them as needed in the years to come. I must say that our estate planning experience was the best possible and left us with a true sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Craig Harris and some of his associates provided incredible leadership and guidance and were always available to answer any of our questions with enlightening details and suggestions pertaining to the direction to take. Furthermore, Craig and some of his associates were able to keep the sale of my parents' home (based on my father's passing as well) out of probate. Everything was accomplished within the quoted rate, which turned expenses into investments. We will gladly refer the Daniel Hunt Law Offices. Ginnae Tanner16 September 2023My daughter and I have been working with attorney, ERica Fernandez. He is an excellent attorney who takes the time to listen to our concerns. Eric is considerate, responsive and willing to fight for us assertively in court. He answers his phone calls and when he is unavailable, he returns the calls within a reasonable period of time. He explains the court process and provides pertinent and relevant information pertaining to the case issues. Eric has been a great support and resource for us and he has represented us well. We look forward to much success as we continue forward with our court case. We have a Conservatorship case involving custody of my daughter by the paternal grandmother and we are seeking to have the Conservatorship set aside, if possible. Right now, we are at the negotiation phase of the case. I have not seen my daughter in 4 years and Erica was able to negotiate a visitation agreement with the Conservator (paternal grandmother) and as a result, we now have specific visitation times that were stipulated and file with the court. Erica was also able to secure for us weekly "facetime" via phone/computer several times a week with my daughter. Got an appt with the lawyer and he answered every question and even gave more information than what my questions were even asking. Got a quote and because of the manner and informative nature of the lawyer I immediately started the process for the trust. Anytime I had questions they were only an email away and if the question was more complicated then they're only a phone call away. After starting the process the whole process was effortless and straightforward. They sent the drafts and I corrected what was needed and even ended up adding to my trust with no problems. Final draft came did my part and sent and in no time at all I was receiving the completed trust. There were typos but even those were corrected quickly and professionally.
