The Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt is proud to announce that attorney Cecilia Tsang has joined our Sacramento-based trust and estate law firm as a Partner, effective September 1, 2026.
Tsang joins Managing Partner Daniel Hunt and partners Eric Fernandez and Craig Harris. Her practice areas will include estate planning, probate, trust administration, mediation, and conservatorships. Her addition strengthens our firm’s ability to guide California families through some of the most important legal decisions they’ll ever make.
Two Decades of Trust and Estate Law Experience
Tsang brings more than 20 years of experience in trust and estate law to the firm. She grew up in Roseville, California, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science along with her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis. Early in law school, she found her calling in trusts and estates, drawn to the close, lasting relationships this area of law allows her to build with clients and their families.
“In this area of law, it is all about the families, their relationships, and finding ways to help clients navigate a very stressful and emotional time in their lives with compassion and pragmatism,” Tsang said. “The biggest compliment any client can pay me is saying I have provided them with peace of mind for their family.”
Tsang is a sought-after public speaker who regularly educates both clients and professionals in related fields on trust and estate topics. She’s committed to serving as a lasting resource for her clients and professional partners long after a case closes. She’s a member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
A Partner Invested in the Sacramento Community
Tsang’s commitment to service extends well beyond her legal practice. She founded and has served as President and Executive Director of the Firebreathers in Training Club, Inc., a nonprofit that uses fitness and physical activity to help girls from underserved and at-risk groups build self-esteem, confidence, and goal-setting skills. She has also served on the board of directors for the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce.
