Daniel A. Hunt, a graduate of McGeorge School of Law and Brigham Young University, is a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law. Mr. Hunt meets with clients to establish or review their estate plans, and to assist in estate administrations. Mr. Hunt also represents clients in California trust litigation and probate disputes.
Mr. Hunt is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Sacramento Estate Planning Council. He has served as President, Vice President, Secretary, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Probate and Estates Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association. He lectures widely on estate planning topics, including the National Business Institute’s 2018 Probate Seminar in Sacramento.
He serves in the Estate Planning Clinic run by the Voluntary Legal Services Program of Northern CA, and as court-appointed counsel for the Sacramento County Probate Court. In the past, he has served as president of the BYU Management Society (Sacramento Chapter) and the executive committee for the Golden Empire Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
He loves spending time with his family, golfing and serving in his church.
Craig A. Harris graduated with Distinction from McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. During law school, he was a member of the Traynor Society and Moot Court Honors Board. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Brigham Young University.
He enjoys spending time with his family, playing almost any sport, and playing board games.
Andrew Nef, J.D. assists in the firm’s litigation matters. He aids in the drafting of petitions, motions and other court filings.
Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University, Fresno and his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. He enjoys spending time with his family, disc golfing and reading.
Andrew Sanchez heads our Document Drafting department. He is responsible for preliminary document drafting and legal research.
He is also a Notary Public and facilitates many of the document signing appointments.
He enjoys reading, martial arts, and music.
Stacy Grow heads the office’s marketing department. She is responsible for client correspondence and maintaining business relations. She also manages the office’s social media outlets and philanthropic efforts.
A graduate of Brigham Young University and mother of two girls, she is also a writer, community activist, and promoter of school gardens.
Paul Grow is a Certified Paralegal and a Notary Public.He assists with document drafting, works with financial institutions to facilitate title transfers, and assists in the trust and estate administration work.
Having earned his Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Business, he is currently attending McGeorge School of Law.
Carrie Sim organizes Mr. Hunt’s monthly seminars and supervises the office seminar team. She also supervises the office mailing and filing department. She loves crafting and spending time with her family.
Holly Hemond is responsible for transcription, prepping client files, greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Outside of work, she’s the mom of 1 amazing daughter. In her free time she enjoys playing competitive tennis.
Ginnie Kimball handles the finance end of the office. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree. When she’s not taking care of her family of 7, she enjoys staying fit and scrapbooking.
